This is an original Qintora showcase case study. Any performance percentages are modeled targets used to demonstrate the method — not claims about a real client engagement.
Project overview
This concept shows an ASO sprint for a UAE fintech app competing for high-value money, card, transfer and budgeting searches. The project covers both discoverability and store-listing conversion rather than treating keyword ranking as the only goal.
The challenge
Fintech search terms are competitive and trust-sensitive. A listing can rank but still underperform if screenshots, proof points and local relevance do not answer the user’s core questions quickly.
Our approach
The process maps keyword demand, competitor metadata, review themes and conversion friction. New metadata clusters are paired with screenshot narratives that prioritize value, trust, speed and UAE relevance. English and Arabic localization are treated as separate intent problems, not literal translation.
What we would deliver
- Keyword and competitor matrix
- Apple and Google metadata recommendations
- Screenshot storyboards and test hypotheses
- Ratings/review theme analysis
- ASO measurement and iteration plan
Outcome model
The result set shown is a modeled six-week target scenario. It demonstrates what Qintora would track: store impressions, listing conversion, organic install mix and downstream activation quality.
How this would be validated live
Before launch we would agree a baseline, measurement window and success definition. Reporting would distinguish activity metrics from business outcomes, document assumptions and flag external factors that could affect the result.
