This is an original Qintora showcase case study. Any performance percentages are modeled targets used to demonstrate the method — not claims about a real client engagement.
Project overview
This showcase packages a restaurant launch into a reusable design system rather than a one-off set of posts. The system supports seasonal promotions, menu highlights, offers and event announcements.
The challenge
Fast-moving F&B teams need high content volume, but constant one-off design leads to inconsistency and slow approvals.
Our approach
The solution uses modular art direction: a small set of grids, type scales and visual motifs that can produce many distinct assets while keeping the brand recognizable.
What we would deliver
- Launch key visual
- 60 editable social templates
- Story and reel cover system
- Menu/promo graphic modules
- Usage guide for in-house teams
Outcome model
The production-speed figure is a modeled operational target. The verified deliverable count is the template system itself.
How this would be validated live
Before launch we would agree a baseline, measurement window and success definition. Reporting would distinguish activity metrics from business outcomes, document assumptions and flag external factors that could affect the result.
