This is an original Qintora showcase case study. Any performance percentages are modeled targets used to demonstrate the method — not claims about a real client engagement.
Project overview
This showcase creates a repeatable social system for a boutique hospitality brand: destination-led storytelling, experience-focused reels, community responses and paid amplification of proven organic creative.
The challenge
Hospitality accounts often look attractive but fail to communicate a clear reason to book. Content can become a stream of polished room photos without a strong narrative, local context or conversion path.
Our approach
The system organizes content around experience pillars — stay, food, neighborhood, people and moments — then builds recurring formats that can be produced efficiently. High-performing organic posts are converted into paid variants, and common DM questions feed future content.
What we would deliver
- Monthly content architecture
- Reel/story format library
- Community management playbook
- Creator collaboration brief
- Monthly performance dashboard
Outcome model
The metrics are modeled outcomes for a three-month showcase scenario and demonstrate the type of movement Qintora would measure.
How this would be validated live
Before launch we would agree a baseline, measurement window and success definition. Reporting would distinguish activity metrics from business outcomes, document assumptions and flag external factors that could affect the result.
