This is an original Qintora showcase case study. Any performance percentages are modeled targets used to demonstrate the method — not claims about a real client engagement.
Project overview
A Dubai property sales team can receive hundreds of mixed-intent inquiries from portals, landing pages and WhatsApp. This showcase demonstrates how Qintora would unify those leads, ask the right questions, classify intent and route qualified opportunities to the right advisor without losing the human handoff.
The challenge
The core problem is not simply volume. Property inquiries often arrive with incomplete context: budget, preferred area, move-in timing, investor vs end-user intent and financing status may all be missing. Manual triage slows response time and creates inconsistent follow-up.
Our approach
The concept uses a guarded conversational agent connected to a CRM-style pipeline. It captures key qualification fields, responds in English or Arabic, detects high-intent signals and sends a concise structured summary to the assigned advisor. Escalation rules keep negotiation, legal commitments and sensitive questions with humans.
What we would deliver
- Lead intake map across website and WhatsApp
- Bilingual qualification conversation design
- CRM field mapping and routing rules
- Human escalation and failure-handling logic
- Performance dashboard specification
Outcome model
In a modeled 30-day scenario based on representative lead volumes, the workflow reduces repetitive qualification touches and shortens first-response delay. The figures shown are illustrative targets for a future implementation, not claims from a live client.
How this would be validated live
Before launch we would agree a baseline, measurement window and success definition. Reporting would distinguish activity metrics from business outcomes, document assumptions and flag external factors that could affect the result.
