This is an original Qintora showcase case study. Any performance percentages are modeled targets used to demonstrate the method — not claims about a real client engagement.
Project overview
Acquisition is expensive when a delivery app loses users after one or two orders. This showcase connects app onboarding, first-order behavior, push messaging and review feedback into a retention-oriented growth loop.
The challenge
Retention problems are usually multi-causal. A weak first-order experience, irrelevant notifications, limited merchant choice or unclear value can all look like the same “churn” metric.
Our approach
The plan segments users by first-session behavior, order history and recency. Messaging focuses on useful triggers instead of blanket promotions, while product friction points are prioritized by their relationship to repeat order behavior.
What we would deliver
- Activation funnel map
- Retention cohort framework
- Push/in-app message matrix
- Store review feedback taxonomy
- Experiment backlog for product and growth teams
Outcome model
Illustrative targets show how improved activation and relevance could raise repeat behavior. These metrics are not presented as live-client results.
How this would be validated live
Before launch we would agree a baseline, measurement window and success definition. Reporting would distinguish activity metrics from business outcomes, document assumptions and flag external factors that could affect the result.
